Meet Dr. Farrah Agahi, Pflugerville’s go-to orthodontist for creating confident, healthy smiles with a personal touch. Serving the Austin and Pflugerville communities since 1999, Dr. Farrah is known not only for her clinical expertise, but for the warm, welcoming experience she brings to every patient interaction.
At her practice, orthodontic care feels refreshingly different where conversations about braces or Invisalign® might come with a cup of coffee or even an ice cream sandwich. Her approach combines advanced treatment options like Invisalign®, Smile Express®, and traditional braces with a genuine commitment to making patients of all ages feel comfortable, supported, and confident in their smile journey.
Dr. Farrah’s impressive educational background includes a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree and a Master of Dental Science from the University of Connecticut Health Center, along with three years of specialized orthodontic residency. She is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists and the American Dental Association, and a past president of both the Women of Austin Dental Study Group and the Austin Dental Women group.
Beyond the office, Dr. Farrah is deeply connected to the Pflugerville community and its schools. When she’s not transforming smiles, you’ll find her enjoying long walks with her Yorkie, Gracie, tending to her garden, or diving into books on philosophy, history, and faith.
