Event Info & Rules

The Best of Pflugerville Contest Rules:

1. Votes can only be made by completing the online form at https://bestofpflugerville.voterfly.com/. All voting entries must have voters’ completed information, or the votes will not be counted.
2. There is only one vote per category per person. Winners are chosen by people who fill out the online voting ballot. We will track IP addresses; if more than one person wants to vote within your household, they may not use the same computer, tablet, phone, or shared network.
3. Contenders must be an active Pflugerville Chamber of Commerce Member.  All votes must be received no later than June 30th.
4. To maintain the integrity of our online competition, we take ballot stuffing seriously. If a business is found submitting multiple ballots with a focus on the same business or businesses, our system automatically flags and removes these attempts from the final tally. We're committed to upholding a fair and accurate voting process for all participating businesses.
5. BEST OF PFLUGERVILLE facilitators reserve the right to remove any business that has entered the competition incorrectly or has used marketing materials, badges, language, or behavior that is not in line with the competition. Participants who violate the rules will receive a written warning about the incident.
6. By participating in BEST OF PFLUGERVILLE, you grant us permission to use your business name, likeness, and or image for use in our marketing and promotional materials related to the competition and/or party. All BEST OF PFLUGERVILLE competition results are held privately by THE PFLUGERVILLE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE.
7. Winners will be announced July 17th at our in-person Awards Event. Winners will receive a certificate, other promotional materials, and bragging rights.
